Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of fabriklabs.ai and its subdomains (the "site"), operated by Fabrik Labs ("we", "us"). By accessing the site, joining the waitlist, or otherwise interacting with our content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site currently provides three things:

• Marketing information about Fabrik, our pre-launch AI agent simulation platform.
• An early-access waitlist you can join with your email address.
• Research and writing about agent reliability.

The site is provided free of charge. The Fabrik product itself is not yet available; nothing on the site constitutes a binding commitment to ship, price, or support any particular feature.

By joining the waitlist, you give us permission to email you about the Fabrik product — launch milestones, early-access invitations, and related product updates. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by replying with the word unsubscribe or emailing contact@fabriklabs.ai.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract site content in bulk without our permission.
• Attempt to bypass, defeat, or circumvent reCAPTCHA or other security controls on the waitlist form.
• Submit fraudulent, automated, or impersonating waitlist signups.
• Use the site to send spam, malware, or otherwise abuse any contact mechanism.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without prior written authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site for anyone who violates this section.

All content on the site — text, code, graphics, diagrams, research papers, the Fabrik wordmark — is owned by Fabrik Labs or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may quote our research papers for non-commercial educational or journalistic purposes with attribution and a link back to the original. Any other reproduction, redistribution, or modification requires our prior written permission.

The site is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

Research papers reflect our best current understanding and are not professional advice. The site may be unavailable, incomplete, or contain errors. We make no representations about the Fabrik product's eventual capabilities, availability, or release date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabrik Labs and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from or relating to your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the site or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

We may update these Terms as the site and product evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
